All information, products, and services displayed on the DrivenX.com website constitute an “invitation to offer.” Your order for purchase constitutes your “offer,” which shall be subject to the terms and conditions listed below. By using the DrivenX.com website, you (the “User”) agree to the following terms and conditions. DrivenX.com reserves the right to add, delete, alter, or modify these terms at any time. Users are therefore advised to read these terms carefully each time they use the site.
1. Product Display
We make every effort to display the colors and details of our car accessories as accurately as possible. However, the actual colors you see depend on your monitor, and we cannot guarantee complete accuracy.

The User certifies that he/she is at least 18 years of age or has the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Limitation of Liability
DrivenX.com will not be responsible for any damages suffered by users from use of the services on the site. This includes, without limitation, loss of revenue or data resulting from delays, non‑deliveries, missed deliveries, or service interruptions caused by vendors or third parties. This disclaimer also applies to damages caused by performance failures, negligence, defects, errors, interruptions, computer viruses, unauthorized access, or other causes of action.
4. Responsibility for Orders
DrivenX.com takes full responsibility for your order if it has been shipped using trusted courier companies to major cities.
5. Pricing and Availability
Prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of DrivenX.com..
6. Order Cancellations
Requests for cancellations of orders once placed shall not be entertained.
7. Incorrect Pricing
DrivenX.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. If payment has been received, it will be refunded, and the User will be informed.
8. Delivery Errors
If non‑delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the User (e.g., wrong or incomplete address, recipient unavailable), any extra cost incurred for re‑delivery shall be claimed from the User.
9. User Information
The User agrees to provide accurate and authentic information. DrivenX.com reserves the right to validate details at any time. If information is found to be false, DrivenX.com may reject registration or bar the User from using services without prior notice.
10. Payment Security
DrivenX.com will not be liable for any type of credit card fraud. The responsibility for fraudulent card use lies with the User, and the burden of proof rests solely on the User. Users must exclusively use their own cards on the site.
11. Complaints
DrivenX.com shall not entertain complaints after 15 days from the date of delivery.
12. Governing Law
This agreement shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Egypt. The courts of Cairo shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this agreement.
